Description:
GoTo Connect has several trainings available online. Most of these trainings require that you have an active login, so make sure you have completed the registration process prior to attempting the online training. There is also a training on the Yealink phone handset available towards the bottom of this article.
Option 1: GoTo Connect Basics Full Recording 20 min
Open your chrome browser and go to https://training.goto.com/path/gotoconnect/recording-goto-connect-basics. Select the 'Start' button and sign in using your GoTo Connect username and password.
*We are not currently using the "Meeting" functionality and this part of the training can be skipped/ignored.
Option 2: GoTo Connect Basics Short Lessons
Open your chrome browser and go to https://training.goto.com/path/gotoconnect/goto-connect-the-basics. Select the 'Start' button and sign in using your GoTo Connect username and password.
