If you are experiencing slowness when opening the File Explorer on your cloud desktop here are the steps to fix that.
STEP 1:
Open your File Explore windows by click on the folder icon on your cloud desktop taskbar .
STEP 2:
Once the File Explorer window is open right click on the Quick access tab on the left. Then click on Options.
STEP 3:
In the options window uncheck the 2 boxes in the Privacy section at the bottom and click Clear. Then click Apply then OK.
Performing this process will significantly speed up the speed of opening the File Explorer.
