We have received several calls regarding Outlook prompting users for their password.  This can occur occasionally and these are the steps to take when you see the prompt.

 

You may see the following prompt prior to being asked for your password, when you see this select the Work or school account option:

 

 

The next prompt will ask you for your cloud password, when you see this message type in your cloud password then click on Remember my credentials then OK.

 

 

If you follow the steps above and you are still being prompted for you password when opening Outlook please notify the helpdesk so that we can further troubleshoot.
