Most users at some point have experienced delays while connecting to the cloud. Initially, we set up all users with a desktop icon that connected you to the cloud using your internet browser (Chrome, IE, Firefox, etc.). This method occasionally hangs up and causes a delay in connecting to the cloud. We have found that connecting directly through the Citrix Receiver program (which is already installed on your computer) to be a more reliable method. Attached are instructions for connecting to the cloud directly through the Citrix Receiver program. If we have not already set up a shortcut to the Citrix Receiver program on your desktop, please follow the attached instructions.
USE CITRIX RECEIVER INSTEAD OF YOUR WEB BROWSER TO CONNECT TO YOUR CLOUD DESKTOP
